The Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy - is an integral part of all work and site specific procedures for all operations. Select is committed to the maintenance of safety systems, which ensure the highest standard of health and safety for all employees. We aim to continually improve the systems of work and strive for best practice in the area of health, safety and environment.

The HSE Policy - outlines the objectives, responsibilities and work standards in all areas of operations, and establishes targets to ensure the safety compliance of set standards.

Select is dedicated to the promotion and maintenance of a safe environment, by providing information, training, instruction and safe places for work. Furthermore, the Company endeavors to provide proper maintenance, care and attention for all facilities under its control.

Select’s objectives are to minimize personal injuries and our impact on the environment, as well as to safeguard the health and welfare of all employees, and/or other persons affected by our work. In striving for these objectives, the Company will provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with acceptable industry practices and compliance with legislative requirements.

In terms of environmental objectives, Select seeks to achieve the reduction of harmful emissions into the environment, promote recycling of waste materials, such as paper, plastic, etc., and where possible the reduction of water consumption.
